The Third Training Course of Space Technology and
Remote Sensing Application for AP-MCSTA Closed in Beijing, China
The Third Training Course of Space Technology and Remote Sensing Application for AP-MCSTA, jointly organized by China National Space Administration (CNSA) and the Secretariat of AP-MCSTA closed on Nov. 14 at Beihang University. Mr. LUAN Enjie, Administrator of China National Space Administration, and Mr. Sergio Camacho, Director of United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UN/OOSA) attend to the closing ceremony.

There are 29 trainees from 17 countries, including Azerbaijan,Bangladesh,Bhutan,China,Fiji,Indonesia,Iran,Mongolia,Nepal,Pakistan,Philippines,Sri Lanka,Thailand,Turkey,Uzbekistan,and Viet Nam participating to the Training Course. This Training Course was supported by UN/OOSA,UN/ESCAP,China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Beihang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Through nearly a month's training, the trainees not only have acquired knowledge in the field of space technology and applications, but also have deepened the understanding, built up the friendship and strengthened the exchanging and cooperation among countries in Asia-Pacific region.
