Applicants should fill in the Application Form which can be downloaded from the website of the Secretariat of AP-MCSTA ( www.apmcsta.org ). An Application Form should be completed in all respects and properly endorsed by applicant's government or institute.

The original of the completed Application Form should be sent to the Secretariat of AP-MCSTA before August 25, 2006. Incomplete Application Forms will not be accepted.
